Iterative Prototyping
This project utilized several prototype iterations to create a walkie-talkie case for a high-abuse use case.
Custom Design Solutions
In this project, we worked with a client to make a replacement for broken RFID badge reader cases that were no longer in production. The resulting solution was much more durable than the original and allowed the client to continue using their existing system.
TPU Nesting Fixture Blocks
We used FDM printing to make nesting fixture blocks that have similar feel to poured urethane. The durometer can be modified by changing the infill density, making custom and low-waste nest blocks simple.
3D Printing and Laser Cutting
For this project we used a laser cut insert to add a contrast color on a gun holder display.
